Certificate marriage for another country. What to do?

Hello everybody...

I want to explain what happened to me, so maybe someone that happened could help us...

I am italian woman and just arrived to Doha for work. It was so imprevist! engaged is from Nicaragua. At first we thought to marry next year in Italy but as I had this job and I don't want to be alone in Qatar we decided to marry in his country which is really faster than in Italy.

I asked Qatar embassy in Italy, they told me is perfectly valid this certificate (of course it is).

Nicaragua doesn't have embassy in Qatar so I asked to my embassy, they assure is valid BUT that I have to:
1. register my marriage in the embassy of Italy in Nicaragua (and that is not easy, it is the same that if I marry in Italy, they want to check is not for convenience so it takes around 6 months...
2. go to the embassy of Qatar in Italy and put their stamp
3. go to the foreing ministry in Italy and put their stamp
4. go to Qatar and make the normal process

Yes, you have read correctly... it isn't incredible? Why I have to do all that? I thought I only need a valid marriage certificate, I can put the apostille even but go here and there I don't understand why...
And that they say is for registering my marriage in Italy and we are not interested in living in Europe for the moment so why to do that? we know perfectly well they think we want visa for him in Europe and we don't want that and we don't want to wait for so much time... If we want to wait we marry in Italy and is all...

Please, tell me if someone asked for a family visa with a marriage certificate for its couple country please... I am really deseperate because I have 2 free weeks in 2 months and I want to resolve this as soon as possible..

Thanks

One thing can help u out in this case..

first you check with embassy of italy in QATAR,

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MARRY UR BELOVED HERE IN QATAR?

and if it is possible you can registered here itself.they will give you a registration certificate.

you can call your beloved on visit visa.and when you get the registration you can sponsor him .

All the best

family visa here in qatar the requirments is marriage contract , coz you have responser(your company) and in futuer you will get kids so they will ask you here in passport dpt to transfer your responser to your husband coz of kids ,so the better things make marriage contrect here in church and after that take your time to registration this marriage in your embassy or in his embassy , any explaination about requirments here in qatar email me

I had a similar problem. The solution in my case was: international married certificate and you will not need any stamp on it.

thanks for your fast answer... The matter is that Nicaragua doesn't have embassy in Qatar and Qatar doesn't have embassy in Nicaragua, so where must i attest my marriage certificate?

For registering my marriage in Italy takes around 1 year so...

Please, there is no person in the same situation?
