Hi,

I am going to resign from my company i already given the notice that i will be here until the expiration of my visa which is june 26,2012, i will be completing my 1 yr. of my contract this coming june 26, 2012.

Now my question is do they have any holds with me not to cancel my visa on the said date?

What should i do to make sure that it will be cancelled on that date?

But I think if you are planning to return to your home country after your contract they need to cancel your visa.

Nothing can hold you if you served & finished your contract according to said duration, unless you still have unpaid liabilities to your company.
