Cancellation of Family Visa if she is staying outside Qatar

I want to go on Exit but my company is saying i cannot get Exit because my wife is not at present in Qatar
she should come back to qatar 1st then i should cancel her Visa 1st then only they can cancel my Visa.
Is it something like this or can i get her RP cancelled without she comming back to Qatar.
Please respond immediately if anyone has the information regarding this.

sorry for late response , i have gone to same situation your RP cannot be cancelled if you have you have anyone under your sponsor, all you need is take your wife's passport copy and RP copy go to immigration fill a form for cancellation and it will be done same time charge is QR:20
later if need you can you re apply for new RP
Her passport is required to cancel her visa. Ask your company if you present her passport if they will cancel it without her being here. She could then DHL it to you.
