Can someone convert hotel tourist Visa to work visa?

If a person comes to qatar through an hotel's tourist visa just for some job interviews can he change it to a work visa as soon as he gets a job?.......please advice!

I need the answer of this question urgently , coz I have a tourist Visa and I have found a work but I do not want to exit , so can I transfer my hotel tourist Visa to work visa.

ask u r new employer regarding this, i think u need to take n exit to return bck.

No chance, You have to check with the hotel who gave you visa, its a tourist - non transferable visa got to go back. More over your PP must be with him and how can you think of jumping ? speak to them for solution.
