Can employees transfer to another company even if they didn't work for the company for atleast one year? Their company is willing to release them with NOC once they find companies to work with. Would it be a problem for new companies to accept them if they werent able to work for their sponsor?
emloyees from company A (worked for 5 years) now trasnfer to company B. Now some of them dont want to work under company B wants to trasner to company C. They didnt worked for company B for atleast 1 year, would company C find it a problem?
