I'd called my sister too some time back...No problem in getting visa..she came on my sponsorship as well apart from my husband sponsorship...

NO UR SISTER CANNOT COME UNDER SPONSORSHIP OF UR HUSBAND ONLY POSSIBLE VISIT BUT FOR THIS U HAVE TO SHOW UR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.PERMANENT SPONSORSHIP ONLY BLOOD RELATION.REGARDS

yes its possible apply in the same format what you applied for your family visa....only thing he has to mention in application Sister-in-law...You can get visa for 6 months visit....

Initial visa is for one month after entry do medical and extend the way you like
