Can I visit my bf in Doha?
So many comments I read online and it's still confuse me. If my bf can invite me for a 14 days visit. I am from Seychelles and I wants to visit Doha for holiday only.
So what are the options? 1- Does I need a Tourist visa or maybe some kind of visiting visa? My bf is there on a 3 months work for a company based in Qatar.
Does I definitely need a booking from a hotel? ( even if I will be staying with him ). Can he pay for 14 days for the hotel and still I don’t have to stay there?
My visa is being done through a hotel and a married couple that is friend of my bf is my sponsor.
Will it be alright?
If you check in at a hotel together, they might ask for ID to confirm marriage. Best to either stay with him or have him check in alone and then join him.

Sadly the religious extremists and nosy people will think nothing of reporting you to the police for staying in an apartment with you two being unmarried. It will not matter than you are not harming anyone else and minding your own business.
If that happens its one year in jail and then deportation, so don't tell anyone....
better to stay at the hotel and invite your bf over.

maybe you can even find an email for the seychelles embassy in Qatar, I did! Email them, they should be able to help,

my friend the procedure iz this that ur bf give his qatar identy card copy to hottle thn u find vasit visa if u want stay in hotle so u pay otherwise its ok if u want stay outside but in ds vasite duration of ur visa any problem so ur bf is responsible for ds its easy procedure .
You can, but you should not make it public. Some guys here have nothing better to do than to run to the CID (for your security, of course).
