i need a visa will the hotel process my visa if the reservation is under both of our names and we are not married?

NOT POSSIBLE! even married people need to present their authenticated marriage contract in hotels to be able to check-in. :)

Get a friend to get you a 1 month vist visa.. youdont need a hotel booking then. then yu can bonk to your hearts content. It wont happen in the hotel
