Can I put the visa stamp ?

Hi friends...

I am a bit confused about the situation. I have just got my wife's resident permit and we are done with medical and finger prints. now the problem is before I could fix the stamp on her passport, my RP got expired...however its gone for renewal (my admin says sometimes some visas has to go to labor dept to get approval). however I am in Qatar from last four years and never got delayed. but this time its already 15days and its not back yet...

I am not sure how much is the maximum time I can fix her visa on her passport after her finger prints are done (and OK report came). But meantime my RP get renewed, can I get her passport stamped of her visa ??

Please help its a great dilemma and I am so stuck :(

you can stamp your wife's visa without fine till 90 days from the date of her entry into qatar . After 90 days fine is 10 riyal per day .

They have just changed the procedure for renewals. They are all taking at least 2 weeks now :o(
