Hi
I have been working in Qatar from 01st Feb 2010. I have given my resignation on 07th March 2010. I have not done my medical examination or finger print. Now my company is delaying for nothing. I haven’t cancelled my UAE Visa. I have to return at the earliest.
Can I go the labor or consulate? Will they also delay my departure form Qatar?
Please advice, thanks

First 3 months will be considered as probationary period and so no need one month notice period if I am not wrong..

I hope you have taken acknowledgment for your resignation submission. Just take one copy of tht and go to your boss ...just tell them that I have submitted my rsgn on so and so date..If you are not releasing I am going to labour...this one sentense is enough for them...good luck..

no they can not dealy your flight

only 3 to one week max

yeas if u go to labor office they will make it faster

but labore office peocedure will take 3 to 4 days
