can i go back in qatar?

hi just want to know if i can go back in qatar after my visa was cancelled if the government will be the one to hire me?im working now as company male nurse here in qatar and im planning to resign on june after my first year. my contract is indefinite so i can terminate my contract any time.the problem is our company is not giving us noc.can i return with in the two years time or i should wait after two years even if hamad hospital will be the one to hire me(hopefully)?pls. reply..thanks it will be highly appreciated.

Nour, I wouldn't be depending on a new passport to solve your problem. If you change your passport in order to dodge the law, you are liable to get into trouble for circumventing immigration law. Could be more trouble than it's worth. I don't say it hasn't been done, but I wouldn't want to try it.

2 years ago ,I left my former employer in bad terms after 1 year of employment only.

Now I am offered a new job and wondering if he has black listed me. how to go about finding out this prior to accepting the new job.I have not entered qatar since that time and I wonder if any one has lived a smilar experience.

cause i have spoke with one iraqi here working in qatar he told me he heard that if the governemnt will hire you can go back anytime in qatar even without the noc.anyway i hope theres really a way i can come here even without the noc.hopefully they will change the law..thanks again.

I dont think you'd be able to return back within the 2 yrs...especially if you dont have the NOC. g'luck tho.
