Can I get NOC if I came to Qatar with a business visa (my company transferred it to work visa)?

I came to Qatar with a business visa and my company transferred it to work visa. My contract is about to finish (this is my second year) and I intend not to renew my contract. What are my chances of getting an NOC? If I came with a business visa and they transferred it, is the company obliged to give me an NOC?
Chances are, if I simply ask for it, they will not give me an NOC. But if I use my coming here with a business visa as a reason, will this reason be valid to get my NOC?

NOC is company prerogative.
To my knowledge; the issuance of NOC is a sole decision of the employer.
There is no reason like :type of visa, arrival date, time in the company...you name it!!
Employer sole discretion is the only element to decide whether to give a NOC or not.
