Can I change Sponsor?

Hi all Dear friends,
I am here in Qatar since 23 months. My Company Computer Card is expired in January 2013 so my Company gave me NOC to transfer my Sponsorship. I got a job offer from ABC Company. I collected all the document like PCC,NOC etc....at last my company gave all the documents what i needed. this Thursday(21-02-2013) my company gave penalty 200 Riyal and unlock Computer Card for One Day and did verification in Changing Sponsorship Form from Immigration Dept. then I summited all documents to my new Company in same day but New Company PRO tells me there is a problems to change Sponsor because my Company ID is expired so Can i Transfer my visa to new Company please need all valuable suggests.

But ur RP of Old company is expired u cannot transfer sponsor until get renew. then only ur old company computer card and Commercial registration should be valid. for that They can renew computer card in the system paying QR.200. Thank u old the best.
But if old company is blacklisted then you have to do some other activities. or sometime, then olnly u have to take NOC and cancel old visa to leave country and return with new visa of new sponsor.
Who is the Inteligent PRO Here but I am not a PRO but See what i am saying. To Transfer Sponsorship These are the documents ur PRO should submit:
1.Sponsorship Transfer Form with both Sponsor sign and stamp and immigration stamp
2.NOC from ur old sponsor
3.Copy of Passport with Valid RP
4.Copy of Computer card for Companies Sponsorship( New company Computer Card must be valid but Old company computer card valid or expired, No any Problem)
5.Copy of Municipal Licence from New company
6.PCC

They can open Computer card by paying 200/- fee but it will not help you to change your sponsorship as this will not change the status of their computer card . It would still ne expired unless they renew it ......
Thank you Sir ,There is no any alternative way to change Sponsor?Some of my friend told me that Company CR will open for one day and it is true?
now forget about transfer, just get out then come back after 2 weeks some how, your new compagny will submit your doc to get the visa for you.
however, the extra days now you spent you need to pay, 200 QR per day, so inform your new company with this method, then leave.
Before that get the offer letter with you.

Your company computer card has to be valid for your visa to be transferred to another company. So tell your company or their PRO that without renewing the computer card/number the visa cannot be transferred.
If they are not able to renew the computer card/number,they should provide you with a NOC to leave the country and return again,provided that the new company can get your visa.

Tell your sponsor of the problem in transferring the sponsorship. They may help you out.
