hi , every one can i change my job after finished two years coz im here in company sponspership but i have good job offer in other company i almost finished 15 months and u have any ideas about my matters.

I'm not sure that Qatar labor law restricts the number of hours worked per day. It does limit the number of hours worked per week to 48.

again as said, Labor law is a bla bla bla, you can bring that matter to the labour department but I guess it would just get you into more trouble

ok i have no right fo NOC but here is one problem i want only 10 hrs duty but my company work is 12 hrs n manager said i must need to work 12 hrs. but its againts on qatar labour law or not . that why i want NOC from him .

Qatar labor law does not give you any rights to an NOC. Your employer is perfectly within his rights to refuse to give you one under the law.
