hii,

I had finished my Visa formalities at Immigriration but Medical & Fingering is pending.I have got another very good offer from another company , So Can I go ahead with my new job offer? Can I transfer my visa or wat are al the procudures?

Which visa formalities you have completed with immigration?If they have given you work visa you can cancel it by giving a formal letter to your sponsor and they will ask you to reimburse the visa fee, tickets etc.It is better you talk with the PRO of the another company which gave you a better offer.
