Can Delivery of baby in Qatar when female is under father sponsorship ?

I have seen people asking this question here, but there is no proper answer to it.

Case 1 :

I have met lady who has told me that she give birth to her daughter when she was under father sponsorship, they gave 1 year RP to baby under maternal grandfather.

Case 2:

but on the other hand i have heard another story that some lady was deported next day after birth, as hamad hospital called CID , cz she was under father sponsorship, to be noted, she was married also. It is not allowed to deliver baby here.

One of the lawyer informed me that it is legal. there should be no problem.

The lady is working in Qatar in one of the Q- companies but she is under father sponsorship and her husband can only come on visit visa during delivery and she has AXA health insurance.

Please share real experience , not personal opinions as everyone has different opinion and it just creates more confusion.
