Business visa registration

Hellow any body can tell that our company is registade through e goverment.we using for visa renewel and exit permit through e govt.i apply for some business visit visa but i did not accept the application.the answer i found contact the residance affiar department. i go there but they did not help me in this regard.so any body can help me how i can activate this service through e govrment where i should get the exact information.will be very thankful for this regard.
