Business visa queries

Hello. I was provided a Business visa and I worked for 3 months with one company in Doha and they provided me an exit to India and again I came back in one weeks time worked for one more business visa. All Business visa they had given was 1 month valid and later they got extended and in the second term I ran and came back to my country.

While leaving I asked whether Sponsor permission is required to exit which they said not required checking my documents so i left. I got a job back shall i come and work there now with the new job or would there be problems with the earlier employer pl reply at the earliest on any one reply I have to take a decision. Pl help me. I would never forget this help in my life time.
