My colleague working with a US MNC in Jebel Ali would like to visit Qatar for business purpose. She forwarded her passport copy and graduation certificate copy to our sponsor PRO. The graduation certificate was in Arabic and was attested by authorities.

Our PRO came back to me after a few days saying her visa has been declined. The reason he said is it is difficult to get her visa since the issuing authorities are not convinced with the graduation certificate provided in arabic.

If this is a valid reason can we have this transelated by an authorised transelator and re-submit to embassy for seeking visa. As i know only with business visa she can attend meeting and seminars i am not trying for any other kind of visas.

Kindly help me on this matter as our seminar is starting on 14/06/2010 and time is running out.

dear fren.

in my view you can re apply that visa because business visa is allowed to all of nationality. if possible reapply that visa you will get that.
