Hi! I got an Offer Letter from Momenta Global (Outsource Company of Commercial Bank of Qatar) on 25th June 2012. Now after one month I got a call from them stating that they are facing some problems to process my employment visa. So instead of processing my employment visa, they can process my Business Visa and once I will be there in Qatar they will convert it from Business Visa to Employment Visa. It is possible?? Please help me....

that's fine. A lot of companies are doing that. The only hassle is on the part of Philippine Immigration ( assuming you are a filipino). They are very strict when it comes to business visa holders.
