HI EVERYONE,

MY WIFE IS HERE UNDER BUSINESS VISA.I ALREADY APPLIED FOR RP HER.BUT UNFORNATELY ITS REJECTED.AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE ALL DOCUIMENTS ARE MORE THAN SUFFICIENT TO GET AN RP. BUT I DONT KNOW THE REASON WHY THEY REJECTED. GOT THE MEETING WITH CAPTAIN AFTER 2MONTHS.MY DOUBT IS MEANWHILE CAN I APPLY FOR HER FAMILY VISIT? OR SHE NEED TO EXIT BUSINESS VISA FIRST? IF I GET THE NOC IS THERE ANY CHANCE TO AVOID EXIT?PLEASE HELP ME

I heard there is one PRO named Viju. He is helping out. His number was given to me one of my company staff whom he helped. I too have handed my documents to him. Talkwise I felt he is a very helpful guy.. But now I am waiting for some result... 66537722...

it would be fine transferring her visa to another by providing NOC as long as shes on business visit visa. only the tourist visit visa cant be transferred without exit.
