Is business visa for 3 months can be extended?

Hi Qlers,

A friend of mine has obtained a business visa and she has already extended it for 3 months.She wants to stay for another one month here in Qatar. Can this be extended? If not, can she get a tourist visa for 28 days without exiting Qatar? If so, what would be the process?

but i think in Qatar the rule is that"If some body get business visa and 3month pass,then the other visa will issue after 2month after the expire of first visa"

I am just confused why the agency (travel agency where she got her business visa) said that she needs to exit to bahrain and pay another QR 4,000 for 2 months business visa. But what my friend needs is only 1 month extension not 2 months. Is there any agencies who can provide a one month business visa only?

yes , it possible , sponsor have to submit letter to manger of airport immigration Mr Naser Almaleki for approval.
