Hi All, My wife gave birth to a baby boy this month in India. She is having valid residence permit in Qatar.She will be coming back to Qatar in october. The baby will be 2 months old by then. I want to know
Is entry Visa is required for the baby?
Is it must to travel by Qatar Airways?

upto 3 months no visa is required for baby... but you must have a seperate passport for him/her... you get a visa on arrival which you have to convert into a rp within a month.

More than 3 months then you have to follow the same method for anybody else for getting a visa

i brought my baby when she was three weeks old. she had separate passport and there was no hassels. she got visa on arrivel no charge. i think the baby should be less than two months old to get visa on arrival otherwise you have to get the visa as family.
