being tattoo+ in a medical

I heard some rumors on tattoos being an issue in getting a job in Qatar.can being tattoo+ make you fail the medical test for visa/employment in qatar????
or does it all depend on the employer?

i would really appreciate if some one with a clear view on the matter could help me with my question.

thanks in advance!

how about an engineer like me,do they test for hepa b as well. How is it true that only those certain job categories are tested for hepa b/c, TB, etc..I know for sure HIV and X-ray are the mandatory test required for all residence permit.

I will appreciate so much if you can(your friend ) who works in Medical commission can clear these doubts as I have noticed that many are searching for the answers on this forum.

May god bless us!!

thanks..

The medical test here is far from detail.

You will only be required to go for an X-Ray & Blood test. That's all.

There's not even a doctor examining you.

Tattoo is not an issue, my friend works in the Medical Commission who is responsible for medical checkup for expatriates. They are more focused on infectious diseases.

Tattoo is not an issue, my friend works in the Medical Commission who is responsible for medical checkup for expatriates. Only TB, HIV, hepatitis C,B, and syphilis are important.

Yes - no worries about a tattoo...

a very detailed test. But a tattoo will not affect the outcome - only TB, HIV or Hepatitis will get you sent home.

No, tattoo is not an issue with Qatar. If it is an issue, it is with your employer.

The medical checks which consist of an X-ray and blood test, do not bother whether you have tattoos, hair all over you body, or 3 nipples.
