ban to work in the same industry
Hello all..
my friend who recently got in to a bank has this doubt, while signing the contract there was clause "that she cannot work with another BANK in qatar if she resign from the service but can work with any company other than a BANK, for 2 years". A point to be noted here is that she is not sponsored by the bank (she is under her Hus. visa)... is this clause is valid and how does the bank know that she has joined which company since she does not require any NOC...?
such a messy situation. banks do sponsor females well if got approach in labor dept. she is under her husband sponsor so no problem she can quit any time she want. what bank is she working for may i know if u just can pm me. coz there are no such rules. maybe its in that bank HR policy.
