"Service Charge" is an extra amount of money that they want to take, and that they don't want to increase the prices on the menu. They write QR50 on the menu, and you need to pay QR60 because they put a note in a tiny font on the bottom of the page saying:

Service Charge:20%

NOTE THAT IT'S ILLEGAL TO WORK IN QATAR WITH OR WITHOUT PAY WITHOUT RESIDENT PERMITS, SPECIALLY IF U HAVE ENTERED ON TOURIST VISA. THE COMPANY DOES NOT MATTER, IT'S UR LEGAL STATUS THAT MATTERS.
