i talk to my boss today that i want to leave the company. and he told me "as u like" but i should wait another 1 month for them to find a new filipino as my replacement but what will happen is that they will cancel my visa to get back the filipino visa slot for the company. my question is " what if i can find a new sponsor then they will give me NOC. would the filipino visa will be open again from the company i am working?? since i have a new sponsor?? how does it work?? why like this??
i am working in a private company. as sales and marketing executive. i want to find a better job to support my family especially my grandmother who has a serious illness...
