any update for latest law for NOC

I use to work in this country for almost two years but ended my service last January, then I applied for jobs here in Doha, my old company will only provide NOC if the new company(employer) will provide the job offer/contract/agreement. I will be going back to the Philippines without NOC from my old company. What if a company from Doha will hire me from the Philippines and i need to re-enter Qatar..Please advise. Thanks

for tigerbeer..

i am petty sure about this....i was being cancelled before but got an NOC from my pevious sponsor right after he canclled me.then went for exit and comeback for another visa to a new sponsor....BUT in your case if you want to comeback after two years of being cancelled, automatic BAN lifted...you can go and comeback again to DOHA, no need for NOC or release...just to make sure that you waited for two years to be exact, noted the date that you were being cancelled...

BUT they can give you release only once you have a job and offer letter for a new company.(And still it depends if they will give you release from your sponsor....)

If an NOC, and they are willing to give, you must exit Doha and can comeback anytime....

BUT if none of the above, you need to wait for two years, for Ban lift before you can comeback here...

hi...before you leave Doha be sure that you have the NOC which u will give to the new company that will going to hire you its either here or in philippines....coz once you left, and your previous sponsor had already cancelled you, you cannot enter anymore here. and they (new sponsor) cannot apply a new visa under their sponsorship if there's no NOC...Best thing you have to do, get an NOC first, wait for the new sponsor to trnsfer the visa for them and then go exit in philippines and at anytime you can go back here as long as the visa transfered and issued under new sponsorship.

If you go out of Qatar and you come back with in two(2) years, the immigration will ask for NOC from your previous sponsor.

It is better to look for new employer and transfer your sponsorship first before thinking of going back to your homeland.
