my childrens are here(qatar) with visit visa but me residence visa holder,just wanna know that can i visit dubai from here with my children..any problem.....

You can get UAE visa on arrival if you are an engineer or doktor. Otherwise, you need to apply UAE visa prior to go. Since your cindren's visa is Qatar's visit visa, it is single entry visa, so they can not go back to qatar with the same visa.
