Is the agency has the right to terminate my contract under probationary period?

I am working to other company which is supplied by the agency and i started my job Oct. 15, 2011- my first salary for this month i received November 25, 2011 then i ask why its delayed? and i asked a copy of my official contract and a copy of my visa but they did not provide..
Then my salary for November i received December 27, 2011 again its delayed as per my contract it says as per Qatar Law. Then for the month of December up to now February 12, 2012 I didnt receive my salaries.

Now I keep asking everyday to the accountant by phone when will be our salary and he said Inshallah tomorrow until I received an email from the company I am working as supplied by agency and says according to your agency your salary will be every 20th of the month by now then based on that mail i replied and says i don't receive any further information from my agency that our salary will be every 20th of the month... then my replied the company forwarded to my agency and then my agency sent me termination of my contract via email...

Then i went to the labor department and they said go to dafna court and i asked to labor if my contract is valid as there is no any signature from my agency, no stamp and no labor stamp as well... but labor says should have stamp.. and then he said go to Dafna court I went to Dafna court and my hearing on April 11, 2012,

Now my question is my agency has the right to terminate my contract because i just asked why my salary is always delayed? and he said he will not give me NOC.

I don't know what will be the result of the court...

anyone advise me in this matter?

Thank you...
