QL friends please advise me one of my friend is leaving qatar his Visa is canceled.if he come back with NOC is it possible to get Indian Visa for Accountant Position.

It's very hard for most companies to obtain Indian visas lately. They aren't being issued very frequently. But if the company is lucky enough to have an Indian visa, then with an NOC he can return.

we heard that after some time Qatar will open all country visa for FIFA projects.is that true whats your advise

visa is up for each company's allotment. if the company which will sponsor your friend got that Indian Accountant visa, then he will get it so long he got NOC from previous employer.

Probably not. Indian visa quota is all used up.
