My question is im working in a private company in doha for 1 year and 3 months now so i got a new job in doha so if i want to move this new job is it possible to change my job after taking a NOC in my previous company...they are saying this there is 2,3 problems,

1. They are telling that they cant transfer my visa while im in doha because still i didnt complete 2 years in my previous company.

2. and they are telling they will give me a NOC ( no objection certificate ) but i have to go out side of Qatar and come back from my new company visa.

3. and my RP ( resident permit card ) is expired now and they are telling no need to renew it if im planing to leave the compnay.

so is it possible to come back to qatar in this situation.?

2 and 3 is correct but if your new company provide visa then go ahead.............but before leave the country dont fail to get NOC.........otherwise you will be in sick...

Clearly depends on the new company. For them if they get a release from your existing company, then the documentation will be more easy as they don't need to make a new visa application.

Always transfer is easy than processing a new one.
