HELLO,
I AM STAYING IN QATAR DOHA FROM PAST 4 MONTHS ON WORK VISA AND COMPLETED ALL FORMALITIES(MEDICAL ETC..) WHICH WAS SENT BY MY COUSIN BROTHER WHO IS ALSO STAYING IN QATAR.....THE MATTER IS THAT I GOT JOB IN QATAR BUT THEY ARE ASKING NOC....SO WE WENT TO THE PERSON WHO ISSUED THIS VISA AND ASKED FOR NOC BUT HE REFUSED TO GAV THAT NOC PREVIOUSLY BEFORE A MONTH HE TOLD HE WILL GIVE BUT NOW HE IS MOVING FROM HIS WORDS...AND ASKING US TO WAIT FOR COMPLETE 1 YEAR ONLY AFTER THAT HE WILL GIVE NOC ......SO IN THAT CASE I LOST MY JOB AND IM UNEMPLOYED NOW...I AM IN TENSION ..PLEASE GIVE SUGGESTIONS WHAT SHALL I DO NOW...????/PLEASE HELP MEEE....

You bought the visa from him and he can not give you NOC until 1 year. simple as that.
