About medical result

Hello everyone, can somebody help us out, i have cousins working in school, after their medical, medical comiison did not give a result yet, only gave a referal to rumaila to the other one, and the other one is advised to come back for another test, now, the company relaesed them already and told that they will give NOC and look for another job, without waiting for the final result from medical comision, now, do they have a chance to apply for other job? what is our chances, please help us out, the two ladies dont wnt to go back to philippines. they spent alot of money already of going here.
