I have been resigned from my work, my employer give me an NOC to transfer my sponsor to my husband. But when i need to let my Employer sign the Application form, they keep on holding it and worst holding my passport til my RP expired..
Can Anyone tell me what are the consequences and penalties and what should I do?

As far as I know, RP has to be valid for visa transfer. You have to renew your RP by your present employer and later submit application for transfer with NOC from them.

do not worry about that by the low he can not hold your passport

and even if the iqama expired u can still transfer your
