Hi..

can someone help me?

I am a nurse but I cant have my Lisence because my VISA is not as a nurse but as a waitress or ground stewards in a company who is dealing with the parties...Then after a few months I took an exam for NURSES and I passed then I talk to my employer if he can give me a release and he said ok...BUT they say I must finish first 1year... is 9 months not enough to transfer my visa to the Hospital where I want to work??

Please someone may explain..

Thank u very much in advance.

God Bless

to transfer your sponsorship, you have to wait for a year to do it and get NOC from your sponsor , though he verbally allowed you and take note of the kind of visa you are having right now, it might be refused by Immigration as your present visa is not a professional one. I hope it helps...
