Many times its just the fact that you are not on a Qatari Network (e.g. Ooredoo) when submitting the request through Metrash... If you're using wifi, this can sometimes give you the "no data found error"... I had the error, shutoff wifi, and then put it on the Qatari network and it went through on Metrash
