I am moving to Qatar and want to know regarding the Remicade availability and cost ?

Q1) Is Remicade available in Qatar to treat Ulcerative Colitis ?
Q2) If yes, will it be available from Hamad through subidized cost and what will be the cost?
Q3) If not, will Remicade be available through private insurance and what will be the cost for each infusion ?
