I work in Qatar and want to sponsor my wife .My company ready to do so as I fall above 15k salary range. I was told to get the educational documents attested in india by HRD+SDM+MEA+Qatar embassy india. As I have done my hotel management degree course from IHM mumbai and got my bonafide certificate as full time course with IGNOU degree . When I got my documents attested from HRD + SDM + MEA since august 2021 and reach to Qatar embassy india.. they denied my documents stating IGNOU degree can’t be attested even you have bonafide as IGNOU degree mention OPEN in the degree .. Now my papers are struck ..
please advice further.
