Today 12am, when i was in front of my Flat in Bin Mahmoud one land cruiser stopped in front of our flat & someone came out & Start Urinating on our Building corner and our pavement is filled with his Urine, when i ask him to syop he badly abused me with very bad words & he tried to attack me! Is it legal to Urinate on the building wall in Qatar? (his vehicle plate number is noted)
