In order to get a health card for house maids, please visit nearest Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) center nearest to where you live, fill out appropriate forms, and you will be issued a PHCC health file number.
Following documents are required for domestic staff: Valid passport with valid residence permit, passport-size photo and original QID of sponsor.
2. Copy of utility bill (phone, water/electricity) to prove where you live.
You must pay using a credit card. Cash is not accepted.
Fees are upon the professions approved by the Ministry of Interior (MoI) for personal sponsorship.
The health center will either issue your card immediately or ask you to return within a few days to collect it.
