There is a time to change of sponsorship for 14 days if you are unable to change your sponsor within 14 days then for the safe side Company declare their worker Absconded because if you are staying outside and something happen to you then who will take your responsibility..
So I advise you always be loyal sincere and trustworthy towards your sponsor.
