@mohdnoor - If the RP has been cancelled already, the employee must exit within one month. If not, there is a penalty of QAR 10 per day for overstaying. This needs to paid before you can exit. Initially, the RP cannot be cancelled if the employee has not cancelled his vehicle registration or transfer it's ownership to another person. Though his driving license might still be valid, but it's not recommended to drive with a cancelled residence permit.
