myself Mohiuddi. I have very bed experience with vodafone Qata. Jan 2019 suddenly i get a call from vodafone customer service they told i have a due bill 230qr. I ask tham for what i have bill?? Than they infromed me on my id one postpaid sim are activeted. I infromed them i didn’t buy any plan from vodafone. Than they replay me i need to vodafone store and i need to make complain about that. Than i was going vodafone lulu old airport branch. And i was talk with agent about this issue. Agent check my id.. I saw that they sell sim with my expired rp. My rp expired date 09/07/2018. But they sell sim December2018. Than i informed them didn’t taken any simcard pls stop this simcard make an complained about that. The Agent replying we send mail in our Head office we will update you within 7 days. After 7days i was going Again they told me still replay not came. 3/4 time i was going like that but no any positive result. Than i ask them about complain number but they dont want to give that. Today i was going Again. finally they give me one complain number. Tomorrow i will call in cra about this issue.
So friends if any one have any good idea pls replay me..
