If you are flying over to your job which I am presuming as you have not clarified in your comment, then it is very unusual that you did not bother to ask these question at the time of your interview. And now you want people to give you the answers which may or may not apply to your case as different positions come with different benefits. If you are a "mature" person you should be aware of that by now. Also, where in your posts have you stated the position you have applied for? And the best part is that as it appears from your post you have not yet got an interview call. You are simply still in a state of "dreaming."
By the way, here is a piece of advice from a "novice" as you have branded me: If you put your feet in two boats at the same time, you will end up landing in the water with a splash and getting your own bottom wet.
