No, it is NOT okay.
I guess you are planning to "slip out" and come back on another visa. Your company will not cancel your visa and as such your new company will not be able to get a new visa issued in your name from the immigration authorities. They can create other problems for you also.
Remember, there are rules and regulations in Qatar with regards to workers from overseas countries. It is advisable to always follow the rules.
