When I write, I do so from experience and especially from ME experience. From your post, it is clearly evident that you are in regular need of medication for some medical problem. Working in the Middle East has its own set of demands which are different from one's own country. I am advising you to judge for yourself if your health condition will allow you to meet these demands. Don't look at the monetary benefits you will get by coming here.
As for writing for QL, I have been doing so for almost a decade now, when you were still in school sucking your thumb and wiping your nose on your shirt sleeve. I don't comment on all posts that appear at QL. If I don't know or cannot be helpful in any way, I just don't post a comment.
