A worker who lived near my residence met with an accident when he was hit by a car. It led to a fracture of his leg. A case began in the court of law. While the case was continuing, he did go home on a vacation. How he did so, I cannot say now as after the verdict he got some cash and went home permanently. In view of this, I guess you too may be able to go on vacation, but suggest you talk to someone in the court who could advise you better.
