I recall you having posted this query earlier also several weeks back.
The profession on your visa differs from you actual professions simply because your sponsor was able to get only a "baby sitter" issued from immigration authorities. Your sponsor may have exhausted their quota of visas for "teachers" if they had any. Having said that, this hardly makes a difference in most cases. I know of many people who have different profession on their visa from that of their actual profession. Some senior managers even work on visa of cooks or labourer. There are two things you may wish to enquire though. One is that if a "baby sitter's" visa allows for a permanent visa. Secondly, if this visa holder is entitled to a driving license. I have doubts on both of them. You may also need to check if this visa holder is entitled to End of Service Benefits as I know that maidservant visa holders are not entitled to this benefit.
I suggest you take out the time and visit any immigration office such as the one located in Mesaimeer near the wholesale vegetable market and talk to the captain. They speak English. He will answer all your queries and guide you best. His office works in the evenings also.
