Okay. Then just be patient. Pay him a visit this Thursday if the matter is not solved. Go back to him and inform him the visas of your children will expire soon while your wife's visa has not been issued. He will then look into the matter. Captains are very helpful, cooperative and understanding people. But I believe the matter will not reach that stage an hopefully you will get your wife's visa before Thursday.
